Brams office Solutions is seeking to recruit the services of an experienced Spa Manager.

Responsibilities: 

• Supervise, Monitor and Support
• Act as support to all employees by performing other tasks as and when necessary.
• Support Spa Manager at all times.
• Supervise, coach and support the junior Therapists in achieving their stated targets.
• Monitor operations budgets and ensure all costs are strictly controlled.
• Ensure that all treatments and services of the Spa are performed in a consistent manner and in the time allocated.
• Perform treatments in a consistent manner and in the time allocated.
• Ensure all the billings are done after the treatment and feedback form has to be collected from guests.

Qualifications and Requirements: 

• A minimum of OND in a relevant field
• Must be Female 
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Spa, Wellness & Beauty field (Manicure, Pedicure, Facials, waxing)
• Experience in management of staff.
• Must be able to work extended hours
• Computer literate.
• Personal Qualities
• Excellent presentation.
• Positive attitude
