Reports to: Chief Executive Officer

Job Purpose:

This role is responsible for developing new out of home deployment of structures. Starting from the conception/design stage to actual completion of each project, through proper and thorough selection of contractors, monitoring, execution and quality control project is handed over to the Operations department.

Responsibilities

• The Head, Development will project manage a portfolio of projects throughout the company. This will involve the production of plans, documentation and the provision of guidance for project teams and ensuring communication is maintained between all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring all quality management procedures are adhered to, objectives are identified and met, and benefits realised from the implementation of the change.
• The prime responsibility is to ensure that assigned projects produce the required deliverables within the defined quality, time and cost constraints and to facilitate full realisation of objectives.
• Under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer, the Head, Development is responsible for leading and organising cross functional teams for each projects and lead the teams to successfully complete tasks on time by undertaking the following:
• Lead the planning and implementation of project(s);
• Manage project budgets;
• Provide direction and support to project team;
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders;
• Project evaluations and assessment of results
• The ideal candidate must have proficiency in a wide range of project management skills, including maintenance of complex schedules and timelines, efficient contractual change control management, crossteam leadership, risk mitigation, client communications, etc.

Qualification and Requirements

• BSC in Engineering (related fields)
• 10 years or more experience of working within management of complex projects
• Familiar with key project management tools techniques such as Microsoft Project Prince 2.
